Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping times may vary based on your location.

Shipping Charges: Standard shipping is free on orders over ₹500. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days. Some remote locations may take slightly longer.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility: We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and have not been damaged. 

Exceptions: Personalized or customized items are non-returnable. Certain items like perishables may also be excluded.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@gifts4all.shop with your order details. We will guide you through the return process. Every return request needs to be sent with package unboxing video.

Refunds: Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
